This Milwaukee Soil pH and Moisture Meter with long probe designed for field work and work with orchards, vineyards, field produce, nursery planters, lawns and gardens. Soil pH is a measure of general soil structure health. High and low soil pH impact on mineral and nutrient availability.

Soil pH value is a very important factor in the production of quality crops. Most crops cannot survive in soil that is too acid or too alkaline. Therefore the correct pH reading is essential to achieve optimum results.
